Terms of service

These are the terms for buying a video from Listed Motion ("we", "us"). They're written to be read, not skimmed past. If anything is unclear, email hello@listedmotion.com before you order.

What you're buying

One 30-second motion video, built from the photos, logo, colours and details you supply, delivered as a vertical 9:16 MP4 and a square 1:1 MP4. Other sizes are available on request.

Price and payment

£100 per video for UK and other customers, $150 for US customers, paid up front through Stripe. We don't store your card details; Stripe handles payment. Monthly packages are quoted separately by email.

Delivery

Your first cut is delivered by email within 24 hours of payment. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are delivered by Tuesday morning unless you ask for a weekend rush when ordering. "Delivery" means the email with your video has been sent to the address you gave us.

Tweaks

Two rounds of changes are included. A round is one email with your requested changes; we turn those around as quickly as we can, usually the same working day. Changes beyond two rounds, or a change of direction after the first cut (new photos, a different listing, a new concept), are quoted as a new order.

Your materials

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo, logo, font, piece of text and video you send us, and that the details in the brief are accurate. You're responsible for anything you ask us to put on screen, including prices, salaries and property descriptions.

Ownership and portfolio

Once paid for, the finished video is yours to use anywhere, as often as you like, with no expiry. We may show the finished video in our examples and on our social channels. If you'd rather we didn't, say so in the order notes or by email and we won't.

Music

Music is licensed for use on social media and websites. If you plan to use the video in paid TV or radio advertising, tell us first so we can check the licence.

Refunds

Because work starts within hours of payment, orders can't be cancelled once we've begun. If we fail to deliver a first cut within 24 hours of a weekday order (or by Tuesday morning for a weekend order), you can choose a full refund.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not responsible for how a video performs on any platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland.
